Module 2: Un-Power the Power of Thoughts
Thoughts Affect On Our Brain and Bodies
The wisdom of the ages has always recognized the important of our thoughts. In the Book of Proverbs it states: As a man thinketh, so he is.” Hundreds of years later, the Buddha said, “You are what you think. With your thoughts you make your world. Six hundred years later, Jesus said, “As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.” And in the late 1700’s, the wise Hasidic master Rebbe Nachman put it this way: “You are where your thoughts are. Be sure that where your thoughts are is where you would like them to be.”
Science confirms that mind can loop 74,000 thoughts per day. Clearly you are not “conscious” of all the thoughts that stream in the field. If you can become aware of a thought and refuse to oxygenate it, then you become the master of your living reality.
What if true liberation and ever-flowing unshakeable peace and joy exist as you empty your mind from its belief that you are the thinker of thoughts? Your divine mind, which neuroscience confirms beats within your heart, is the source of your spontaneous and infinite Source innernet connection to spontaneous wisdom. As you go within as you witness a thought, be with it and discover your inner superpower to watch it come, and go.
Each and every moment you create “the gap” between your stimulus and response, you access your heart where the source of love empowers you to move beyond the chatter of the unmastered mind. To change your living experience to reality, it is not necessary that you access or analyze encoded traumas, relive your childhood, or stories, as all life flowing through is the invitation to your awakening beyond your conditioned limiting thoughts, and beliefs.
Self-inquiry provides you “the gap” of silence that through divine grace of life living through you, you are presenting with all that you need to release all that you are not, to unleash the living truth of love… that lives and breathes and flows from within.
