Compassion As Your Natural State of Being

As we compassionately turn inward by creating “the gap” for self-inquiry, we can witness our conditioned triggers, our “have tos” and “shoulds.” As we unpack what’s alive within us, what naturally flows within the language within our hearts, is compassion for our own heart’s disconnection. All compassion begins within our connection to self-love and self-honor. Compassion is your natural state of being, beyond the “roles,” and conditioning fueled by the belief we are separate and that in order to “succeed” in a dog-eat-dog world of survival, we must complete to be seen. The one true betrayal is denying or ignoring our inherent connection to the compassion of needs that lives unborn within our true hearts.

Each and every moment you create “the gap” between your stimulus and response, you access your superpower―your heart―where the Source of love empowers you to move beyond the chatter of the unmastered mind. To change your living experience to reality, it is not necessary that you access or analyze encoded traumas, relive your childhood, or stories, as all life flowing through is the invitation to your awakening beyond your conditioned limiting thoughts, and beliefs.

Self-inquiry directs you to “the gap” of silence that through divine grace of life living through you connects you to the compassion that lives within your heart.
