THE TRUTH – FEAR BUSTING ANTIDOTES

Sue Morter―Begin the Healing Process.

Dr. Sue Morter’s wisdom shares a powerful antidote to reduce stress in our lives. Stress is another name for fear’s many masks. It’s the underlying drives that say we must do more, be more, achieve more to be OK. Stress is always an emotion, an amalgamation of the subconscious patterns and conditioning of modern-day’s mass weapons of distractions.

We can reduce stress by simply stop doing what we have been conditioned to do 90% of the day. Take a step back and choose self-honor to break the routine of life. Taking a walk, meditation and the importance of deep breathing empowers the heart and allows the signaling to our nervous system to relax and hear the message it is OK to relax.

The body will never begin to heal and regenerate when it perceives some kind of perceived threat in our lives. We can elicit this relaxed state. We reduce stress by stepping into our joy, by intending a different experience, by mastering the truth of who we are. “When we are being the truth of who we are, we are the empowered co-creator of our life experience. As long as the conscious and subconscious mind are in communication with one another.”

Fear-Busting Antidote: Choose self-love and self-honor by cultivating times for silence. Accept less invitations, clean out the closets of your lives and relationships to honor the one relationship that matters most―to know your heart of love, as one Beloved within you that is One with all Creation.

Time in nature, honoring the deep breath of life, times for silence to know yourself as love embodied―The Truth of who you are and can never not be.

Beloved, to know oneself as love, we must begin to honor and bless one another with the space to allow times for silence, for pure beingness and less doingness, for less worldly engagement and pursuit. To be in the world and not of the world, we must choose to engage the lifeforce within our hearts to expand the vastness of love that can only be generated from within.
